SHIPPING
All product will normally ship within 1-3 business days. Domestic orders are estimated to be delivered within 1-2 weeks of order date. Please be patient on receiving your order as we do not have a Shipping or Fulfillment team.
Please make sure shipping address is correct before placing your order. Orders are processed automatically and changes can not be made once your package has left our facility.
When ordering outside of United States of America, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. We, UNTYTLED, have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. All Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.
RETURNS
All sales are final. If you have received the wrong product, we will process a return for exchange only. If you would like to exchange your product for a different size, we will process this return if the applicable size is available.
Due to the small scale of our emerging business and limited capabilities, UNTYTLED is dismissed from liability of lost product and will not reimburse orders following shipment confirmation.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct the discrepancy.
